The second Prowine China exhibition will run from 12 to 14 November 2014, in parallel to Food Hotel China (FHC) in terms of dates and location, and will be aimed at trade visitors from throughout China.
WOSA will again organize a pavilion at the event, though space will be limited to 30 exhibitor counters. The cost per counter is R40 000.00 excl VAT payable by 29 August 2014. Payment received after the deadline of 29 August 2014 will incur a 10% penalty fee. Please note that cost of the shipping of wine samples is not included. WOSA will send through information on the consolidated shipment as we have to work through the appointed freight forwarder, but each exhibitor will be responsible for their own shipping cost.
WOSA will not be able to accept bookings that are subject to receiving EMIA funding (you need to confirm that you will be able to participate with or without EMIA funding). This does not mean that you cannot apply for EMIA funding, but simply that we will not take your booking or reserve a stand for you unless you 100% commit.
To apply for a table at the event
- Log into http://devportal.wosa.co.za/version1/membersLogin.aspx
- Click on "Register for a Trade Event"
- Select PROWINE CHINA, SHANGHAI from the drop down menu
- Complete the Contract information with all the requested information
- If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt of your application, please contact Lesley@wosa.co.za
- Go back to the Home page and click on "Submit Trade Show Documentation"
- Select "Contact information"
- Complete the required fields with the contact details of the person/s who will need to receive all the show details
- When done, please click on "Register" to complete the process
